How Gbanjo auctions work
Bidding
The server confirms every bid. A countdown reaching zero in your browser does not decide the winner; the auction enters Finalizing while Gbanjo confirms the result.
Refundable bid deposits
Some auctions use a disclosed Gbanjo-assigned deposit schedule. If you lose, each confirmed contribution is refunded through its original payment transaction. If you win, confirmed deposit funds reduce your remaining balance.
Private auctions
Private auctions reveal item details only after the signed-in account passes the invitation check. Sharing an invitation link does not transfer access.
Payments and delivery
Gbanjo keeps payment, refund, fulfillment and payout status up to date. Never pay a seller outside Gbanjo.
