The winner pays through Gbanjo. Funds move through the transaction process before seller payout.
Private contact unlocks after payment
A seller's private contact details and transaction chat remain unavailable until the winner completes payment.
Inspect before you confirm
Buyers should inspect, test or independently verify an item as appropriate before confirming the handoff.
Problems can be reported
Use the transaction in the Gbanjo app to report a problem before confirming completion or while buyer protection remains open.
Gbanjo does not provide logistics
Buyer and seller arrange pickup or delivery directly. Keep payment and completion records inside Gbanjo.
Keep the transaction in Gbanjo
Never bypass Gbanjo payment for a transaction created on Gbanjo. Private contact appears only at the correct stage so the transaction remains connected to its payment and support record.
